Communicating in High school
In High School I believe that communicating with other students can be very hard and confusing at times too, Not only with students, but teachers as well. Some students don't really speak up to a teacher or to an administrator when there is a problem with him or her. It can be hard for some people because they might be shy and don't like to really talk to anyone. I could relate because before I didn't talk that much at all. Especially because I barley had moved to Santa Maria. It can take a while before someone can get comfortable and actually communicate with others in high school.
Ruben, I am sure that I understand because I see the struggle that some students seem to have when in class. For example there have been times when I have introduced an assignment to the entire class, then ask if there are any questions and no one asks anything, so I head to the back of the room and immediately hear students ask one another questions. I never thought anything about that when I was in high school, but as an adult returning to take classes I thought that there were many times that I was glad students asked questions because I had the same question too! My advice is if you have the question, then probably someone else does too!
ReplyDeleteRuben, I hope you are liking Santa Maria. I relate to your post because I tend to keep my problems to myself instead of asking for help.
ReplyDeleteBro Communication is key. Especially in life and in school, whether it's with friends, teachers, or co-workers.
