How Will I get Along With co-workers?

In the future when I'm working, I would get along with co-workers by talking to them and getting to know them even more. Since I will be working with them, might as well get to know him/her. Knowing myself I would be kind to them and ask if they want to go hang out or something after work. I would also invite them to parties or anything that's just entertaining. The reason why I would do that is just to create a better bond with one another. That's what I would do in the future to get along with some of my co-workers.

In High School I believe that communicating with other students can be very hard and confusing at times too, Not only with students, but teachers as well. Some students don't really speak up to a teacher or to an administrator when there is a problem with him or her. It can be hard for some people because they might be shy and don't like to really talk to anyone. I could relate because before I didn't talk that much at all. Especially because I barley had moved to Santa Maria. It can take a while before someone can get comfortable and actually communicate with others in high school.
